This is off of my university's email/event calendar thing that I log into, so I can't link to it, but I copied and pasted, so you'll just have to take my word that it's real. :P

Driver crashes into same house

HIGHTOWN, England, July 8 (UPI) -- A British driver has earned a rather odd claim to fame by crashing into the same house for the second time on the same day of the year.

To compound the co-incidence, the same tow truck with the same driver came to haul the wreckage away in the town of Hightown where home owner Gordon White was left stunned, the Daily Mirror reported Thursday.

White returned last Tuesday to find a car had crashed into his home, similar to the accident on the same July 6th of last year.

Fireman Terry Kirby at the site, said: "I attended a similar incident a year ago to the day when a car had gone across the road and into the front of the same house. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the driver and realized it was the same bloke."

On both occasions, White had been out at the time of the incident.

Eric Williams, 60, the driver of the car, is believed to have suffered a blackout before both accidents. He was treated for cuts and bruises.

"I don't drive very often," the father of four said later. "It's only the second time I've passed out," he added.

Spooky :stunned:

Poor Mr. White...he'd probably spent the last year repairing the damage and just as he probably got it back to normal it happens again! :stunned:
