I've not heard every U2 album, and I'm not their biggest fan (although I do like them), but most people will tell you that 'The Joshua Tree' is the best one.

 

I'd highly recommend you to also download 'Please', which I personally think is their best song.

And out of those, my favorite is War, then The Joshua Tree. All That You Can't Leave Behind is awful. :P

There are a couple of good songs on it though (Beautiful Day and Walk On)

Joshua Tree is definitely the best. I have most of their albums.
