i worked out for the first time in a while today and then me mam gave me a back rub

On a sort of related note... what exactly constitutes "working out?" I mean... I play basketball a lot wth my friends, and by the time I'm done I'm drenched with sweat, and my arms and legs are sore, but I don't really say that I was working out. :confused:
