If you are looking to add an avatar (side picture that goes on the left under your name), click on "User CP" on the top 'toolbar' --> then click Edit Avatar on the Control Panel to the left. You can either upload your own photo, or enter a URL link to a photo online. The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 73.2 KB (whichever is smaller). Oh i wanted to post something here and just saw this...and i can tell you why i wrote this....:
