THey difinitely have a chimcal imbalance in their brains...mostly drug-induced.

 

As for eviction, now the landlord has to go to court, and then he can change the locks once a judgement is ruled against them...the landlord/tenant act isn't very kind to landlords. Usuallly I favour that since a lot of landlords are a**holes, but this guy's really sweet and honest, and I feel really sorry for everything they're putting him through.
