Don't post a shortened version of the link, that is, don't post something like http://youtu.be/AJN7_Z4lnwo because this will only show up as a link instead of "turning it into" an embedded video, which is what happens when you post the video link in its entirety.

 

Sorry I lack the appropriate terms to explain it, but I hope it'll do.
