August 19, 200422 yr Like Shiver! No, I like Spies to, Will's tom work is sweet and Johnny's guitar whining is awesome, it's almost experimental... :D Spies is definatley one of my fav songs.
November 22, 200421 yr Love it - probs my fave song. I agree it's eerie but soothing too. Like a Siren's song ..... Almost hypnotic. Ever seen it live? They used sea-coloured lights that kinda rippled like water - fantastic.
January 10, 200521 yr In my opinion its the best track on Parachutes. I love the way it changes from "They're all spies" to "They're just spies" its really uplifting, and reassuring. Kind of. Well, it usually sends shivers down my spine anyway.
