We could discuss the movie and how good it looks. Now will it be a good remake, or a good movie? In other words, will it be good to someone who has not read the books?

I think it will be good to someone who hasn't read the books- the best yet, actually. I'm not sure why, but just from everything I've heard/seen about it, it looks like it'll actually be a good film. AND it looks like it'll be fairly relevant to the books!

same here! I just remembered last month, so I've been meaning to read 'gathering blue' but I already have three books on my plate before I can get to it. :\

I vaguely remember trying to start Gathering Blue when I was in second or third grade, but I guess I wasn't mature enough for it at the time. :lol:

I do want to seriously read it sometime, though!
