Just finished My Sister's Keeper. Despite it being incredibly unrealistic, it was one of the saddest books I have ever read.

 

I've only seen the film, haven't read the book. Good storyline tho, truly sad.

It's terribly sad. The ending of the book and the film are different though.

I think the ending in the book was really really depressing. The ending in the film is different, and I didn't think Abigail Breslin did a good job in portraying Anna. :|
