Yes he was, btw it's not a single oppinion, it's the oppinion of a whole nation: Lenin, the leader of the greatest revolution ever that liberated Russia from the oppressive power of the czars and transformed it for ever. Lenin could change people's mind: That's the real meaning of every revolution: Freedom.

 

I know those great ideals changed so much later with the mad Stalin and other governments that supported the invasion to the central european countries and the war against the U.S.A.
