Canada/US members, cell phone help!

Featured Replies

So I want/need (hehe) a new cellphone. AND I would like a cameraphone (who wouldn't?). I've had my eye on the Samsung SPH-a600.

Now, who has a cell in Canada? Whats your plan and do you like it? Right now I'm looking at 100-200 mins/month and unlimited evenings/weekends are a must.

As for you lovely yanks (you euros can help too), whats your cellphone? do you like it? anything I should know about?

thanking you in advance,

Kyle "I need a new cellphone" Egghead :cowboy:

I have a samsung phone. Dont' know the model, but it's one of those silver flippy phones.

I have 200 minutes/month with the free weekends (and i think free evenings) but the plan is pretty good. I just wish I had free text messaging. I didn't think I would need it when I got the contract, but I use it pretty often and i get charged big time for it. But yeah, other than that, it's all peachy keen.

Well I had sprint with a camera phone. i didn't like sprint's billing so I cancelled the plan, but I had 1,000 mins, free nights and weekends starting at 7 pm which you pay extra for. i dropped the plan because I had a ton of dropped calls for no reason. So I swiched to Nextel, which I love and always have a strong signal. My plan with them is 550 any times mins, free incomming calls, free long distance and free nights and weekends starting at 9 pm. Hope that helps. I have also had plans with verizon, so if you need any more info just email me April :)

I haven't actually seen a cameraphone picture. Do they actually turn out good?

i'd call you brian

i'm not very phone-savy though

it takes me like 10 minutes to write out a text message on my friends' phones

Hahahaha. You would not. And I don't think I'd want a call from a dude. hahaha. No offense or anything.
