no, it's not hard. i've made a few before. i used paint shop pro and animation shop pro. there's a really good website that gives you step by step info on how to make them, but livejounal is down so i can't get to it.

 

it's easier then you think though.

Hey, I used to have one just like Sammie's. :P

I think if you have flash you can do it...or if you use imageready (photoshop)
