I don´t remember an alternative version of Speed of Sound leaked, but I do remember the one for Talk, which was imo a far better song than the final one (but the final one was less...classic, that´s why I guess they chose it).

Well everyone knows that Zero Theory is NOT a working title or the names there are real songs but its not fully fake and i have 2 explanations to it

1. It could be someone with some privileged info because the real songs there are irrefutable but that person just got those song names and filled the rest of the "tracklist" with fake info

2. Its a real tracklist but with a trick it is confirmed by trustable interviews in NME and other sources (if you dont believe me just say it and i will send sources) that during the X&Y production they were absolutely scared of leaks so the first physical copies used FAKE names for the title and also some songs also used fake names to prevent leaks in fact the first fake name for X&Y was firs tree so the second explanation could be that this is a real internal tracklist with some fake and real names interpolated to prevent leaks :3

Pd: why would a zero theory tracklist have the song X&Y and not zero theory because in every album before that had a song with the same name as the album

My name" Its more likely this track alongside In isolation & Gravity were brought over for X&Y (P.K.A Zero Theory) However the leaked 2005 tracklist was just one much earlier possibly sep 2003.

I also have another theory that the producer fired from the 2003 chicago sessions may have leaked the ZT Tracklist.
