I have promised myself that i am not going to download any of the new Coldplay songs at all. I am going to wait until the album and the single comes out to hear the songs. Anyways, I am really curious about the song What If. I have heard it is so good. Is it really one of their best songs and if so why? Thanks

As long as I don't see it posted anywhere, I won't download it. It's not like I am out looking for it.

How come everyone else has heard the songs, anyway? Where'd they get them from? I've only heard Talk, but then that isnt on the album... So thats aright....

I haven't heard anything besides that either.

Some people have heard the other songs because someone recorded the KCRW gig they did last saturday. I haven't heard them, or 'Talk', and though I am very curious about the new songs, I won't listen to them until the album comes out. Everytime I really want to hear the new songs, I just think about the day when the album comes out, and how wonderful it will be to never have heard the new material and feel it gushing over you.

 

I know it sounds a bit weird but it usually helps me to not listen to any new songs.

So are you saying the live songs performed at the KCRW gig were unfinished? I think not... They are complete, and sounding AMAZING. Keep waiting :lol:

Songs sound very different when they are live though. And the KCRW gig that I downloaded was pretty crappy quality anyway.
