I know what it is now!!! I'd downloaded Incredimail - just for a few days - and he came with that!! I got rid of it though, because it hijacked my Outlook inbox and I had to get all my mail through Incredimail and this old butler guy ... !! Still, he's gone now - I uninstalled him! he he that'll teach him !! lol :twisted: :lol: :D
