We had an earthquake on Monday (7.9 Richter) and no one seems to have any idea of it and it's just like when Japan has earthquakes and no one seems to care, except because Japan is a big power in the world.

 

Is that because we are an insignificant country? because there were very few casualties? or because there were no foreigns involved?

yes, on Monday and it was quite big and lots of very old places are now on the ground.

I didnt know their was an earthquake. all though i was at my friends house for almost 3 days and didnt see any news shows or read any newspapers

California has had 4 quakes, I think? just this past week.. :stunned:

I saw it on the news last night... they were even issued a tsunami warning....
