Serious Question here

If someone has a headache or about 6 months, Does that mean theres a high chance the headaches are being caused bu a tumor or something

Could be caused by stress. A blood vessel stretched out to far. Serious blow to the head. Dehydration of the brain fluids... Lots of other things.

Not at all, I had a headache problems for a few years, hope you're okay Jak :/

It's not me who has the problems, It's a friend......A very close friend

I'm just really worried because she said she had them for that long, And she's having a CAT scan soon too and I know you don't just wake up one day and think "Oooh I fancy a nice radiation bath today"

Its the normal human reaction to assume a lump or a headache's a tumour. With ongoing headaches you have to look at the other 8000 reasons why they might be happening before you jump to conclusions. You'll just freak yourself out like that. Its a sensible idea to have a CAT scan if you feel its been going on for a while, just in case. Tell your friend to drink more water. I had ongoing headaches and started drinking gallons of water and now they are completely gone.

i used to had headaches and i thought was 'cause the weather, i used to have them when the sky were cloudy, but months later it was because i needed new glasses. may be is the same. :)

Yeah it may be her eyes like Ari was saying :)

there's so many things it could be Jak. try not to worry too much. as for the CAT scan, they are as likely to be doing that to rule things out where other tests have proved inconclusive. it doesn't necessarily have to be because they think its one particular thing.
