i wonder how the people of montreal feel knowing she is living there?

 

From what I've heard, she's rented an apartment on the east side of Montreal known as NDG. It's a residential area of the city and there are a lot of families and students looking for cheap housing here. It's near one of Concordia's campuses, as well as highschools and elementary schools in the area. Needless to say, people in the area are kinda nervous about having her there.

 

Some of my friends live in NDG and they want to move.

Could someone enlighten me as to who this is?

I would definitely move if it was me. People like that.. will for sure find it difficult integrating themselves back into society after committing such a horrific crime. And the public should know where she is.. so that they can take precautions.
