UHOH SUFJAN MUST BE RIPPING OFF THE POSTAL SERVICE

I actually googled that after I wrote that, and people are saying that as well. :|

Or course. :P

Who's saying that?

Tickets went on sale this morning. I told my dad to get some but I'm not sure if he did. I hope he did! I wanna be in the front row!! haha. Atleast I know it wont sell out for a while. Shows like this never do in New Zealand.

edit: he did!! fourth row!! (not front, but whatever. I hope people stand up and go to the front, cause i will!!!!) !!!!! :D :D :D

WOOHOOO!

Congrats on the almost great seats, yo!

:vuvuzela:

and I do not think it is a coincidence that this show is a few days before a popular indie festival, where the line up is not announced until you get there :sneaky:

Has anyone posted this yet?

On March 22, a song-by-song cover album tribute to Sufjan Stevens' 2004 LP Seven Swans will hit the internet courtesy of blog On Joyful Wings. Artists contributing to the charity release include Bonnie "Prince" Billy, DM Stith, Half-Handed Cloud, and the Gregory Brothers (of "Bed Intruder Song" and "Double Rainbow Song" fame). And while Sufjan was not involved in the making of the album, he did give the project his full approval. Proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Unwed Sailor

Not a big fan of cover albums :anxious:

Me neither, really. :anxious:

But some of the songs may turn out good.

Has Sufjan actually recorded those last three songs? :surprised: I've never seen them.

:surprised:

A few months before the album came out, I read an article that said that The National were working with Sufjan on his album.

Here's the article if you want to read it. I've just been wondering what tracks they played on, if they really did.

I'm a Sufjanaddict.

:surprised:

:surprised:

Santa Sufjan

I know you want it

I know you really wanna get it right

I'm listening to Enchanting Ghost,
