That looks delicious Charles. Bleu is one fo my most favorite cheeses. I love putting it on salads. I've always wanted to try the famous Blue Stilton cheese made in England.

My favorite. There is a Danish Bleu Cheese at the grocery store that I buy called Rosenborg. It is sooooo strong, rich and creamy.

We have a lot of different cheese in our country. I think Ementaler's the best.
