I watched the episode where cameron and house had a date at night, and house is very rude with her... he told her that she wants him because he is ill (you know his feet), because she was married to a cancer patient or something like that... can somebody tell me more about it...

i know that house was with a woman when he had the problem of his feet and she broke up with him for his illness... but what about cameron love life???
