thankyou for the kind words about my music.

you should record it! :)

Time slips away, slips away on me.. Yes, it's on my to-do list - but other more pressing things get in the way. Definitely someday. It's nice to be able to listen to bird songs of spring in the dead of winter, and the frog calls... Your music is very nice - very relaxing!

Thanks for offering it!;)

um wrote this this morning.. not about me

hopefully you see that:P

All is gray

it’s 7 am

the windows glitter

for those drops of rain

that fell from the sky

the sky that is gray

gray like my mind

like my hair

and like the clothes I wear

How did I get here?

I ask myself

every morning

before I go

I go to work

like every other

morning I wake

up from the dreams

where I can be

what I always wanted to

but will never be

Yes, that is nice! So true in the cold season - how we feel, if nothing else. I'll probably not need to worry about gray hair - at the rate I'm going, there won't be much left by then!:laugh3:

Heartless envy, Bitter Consequence

I watch your life progress

My minds eye creates a perfect image

Your flawless existance

Towers over my petty attempts to be heard

The patterns you will sing

The colours are crystal clear

In your boundless world

A world I so deeply wish was mine

My head screams with envy

And my heart cries in shame

The jealousy my soul devours

Doesn't exist in your perfect heart

I wish I knew the colour of your eyes

But all I see is grey

The rainbow that is you

Will comsume my blackened fate

She wants to think I love you

Because I have nothing left to hold

But my heart will continue to hate you

And my soul will be your shadow

I'm a bitter soul, it is all I can be

Yet I need to envy, it's the only love my heart has left

nice poem... but i have a question... whats the difference between GREY and GRAY?? my physics teacher asked me about gray/grey matter, and i dunno anything bout it even the spelling!!!

Grey is a colour and gray is...is another world for old...

"Old and gray"

okay... thanks... now i got it

From now on I hereby decree a change in the English Language, by Royal Proclamation from Her Majesty, The Queen: Gray will be stricken from the language! From now on, all loyal subjects of the Crown will use Grey instead of Gray. And colour will no longer be underlined as incorrect by spell-checkers!:laugh3:

How's That?!:P

wooohohoho.... hey chuck! it's the first time i see you sending post without using flourescent colours!!! :laugh3:

Darnit!! I forgot!

I like the cheeriness of bright colors on a dark background. Yes, occasionally, I do forget, but hey, thanks for reminding me!:jester:

and how true - aren't we all living life, inside a bubble!

colours mean cheers!!! but, i think it takes a lot of time to change every single words with different colours!!! and... i think we're out of the topic here... back to the point!!!!!!!!!!!

POETRY!!!

Come to Australia- Original Version

(2, 3, 4)

Red back, Funnel Web, Blue ringed octopus!

Typan, Tiger Snake and a Box Jellyfish

Stonefish and the poison thing that lives in a shell,

And spikes you when you pick it up

Come to Australia, you might accidently get killed!

Your life's constently under threat, have you been bitten yet?

You've only got three minutes left,

before a massive coronary breakdown.

Red back, Funnel Web, Blue ringed octopus!

Typan, Tiger Snake and a Box Jellyfish

Big Shark, just waiting for you to go swimming at Bondi Beach!

Come to Australia, you might accidently get killed!

You blood is bound to be spilled,

With fear you pants with be filled

Coz you might accidently get killed

(Do do do do do!)

So it's true, what they say about Australia?!:stunned:

Beer Batter:

Bear Beer

Near Beer

Far Beer

Bad Beer

Good Beer

Better Beer

Bitter Beer

Best Beer

Outta Beer!

:P

Lol...it was written by the Scared Little Weird guys and one of my friends absolutely loves it. We sing it at school all the time!

Alright! But then there are lots of dangerous creatures in Australia?! I'll have to send you a brown recluse in trade for the poison thing that lives in a shell!:)

Oh wait, the poet police are coming..

Babel Fish, Babel Fish, Babel Fish Boil

What's the seasoning for your fish oil?

Take stock and lock, drop in a pot,

Stir at nine, that's all you got?

Serves one to three, or a whole lot!

FEATHERY ARMS

big

feathers

cover me

I am yours here

take me under your wings

Very nice! Minimalistic!

One blind, one shade, one stalk of lemon rind

Frozen in the eye's mind, never to be opened

Locked and unlocked behind the mirror

Sits the mind's eye, keep track but never speaking

Until the night, when one is sleeping..:vanish:

i dont have my own original poem... give me some time..

\\\The Calendar Stone///

History winds backwards

winds blow, time flows, then stops

But the mind's eye sees in not the same frame

all the thoughts are ancient now; painted with game

to understand is to become, if only for a moment

and to become is to meld with the mind long past

to walk in the footsteps on an Aztec path..

We are and are not Gods

of nature's winter winds

whip that auto like a toy

left, then right, like it's a joy

for nature to assert dominance over dominion;

yet small as we are

we change nature with what we do

to nature's face with a the thin blue veil

on the surface, smooth, yet the local is a gale..

^:) I love your poertry Charles, it's so different to the very dull things I read once in a while...

One, two, three

A painful memory

My heart slips away

To a cold cold place

It beats a rhythem

Of a lonely life

Because it wants to die

It yearns to die...

The rhythem is a constant,

One, two, three

It beats inside me

But every now and then

It'll miss a beat

And I fall to my knees

I'm down on my knees

Under the Starlight

A kiss and then I'll know

But you trudge off thorugh the snow

A smile will bring me through

Is that so impossible to you?

A stary Sunday night

Did I give you a fright?

A kiss and the I'll know

One kiss and then I'll go

An Industrial Power

Triangular Sociailite Networks

A thing I don't understand

Generations of business men

What's in those briefcases?

Just $25 a month

To keep in touch with my memories

I-pod and I-phone

Where's the cassete tape?

Big projects and billion dollar ideas

28 shades of grey

But the busker still sings

Where is the colour of our world?

50 feet messengers by day

Bird slayers by night

Interest rates on steroids

Is creativity still a word?

The Lie

Should I speak up or keep my thoughts concealed?

Should the truth be truely set before them?

I know they'll hate me, for my deceitful heart

A place I can go, will shut me out forever

I found friendship, peace of mind and laughter there

But is forgivness an attribute of that place?

I wish I wished many a days ago

Can not come true.

Send me away, as they will.

What can I expect?

I lied my life away

I am not who I seem.
