I thought I'd start an Arsenal thread for all us Gooners :cool: , It'll probably

get more abuse than decent replies, but anyway.....

I might see Arsenal pretty soon. I hope we get some tickets for Thun: Arsenal.

Arsenal have signed.....wait for it...... Mart poom... on loan, at least till Christmas. Yeah I know Chelsea can have their Petr Cech, Man U can have Van de Dar and we will have the mighty POOM!

Arsenal narrowly beat the Swiss team with Bergkamp grabbing the last minute goal. Gilberto scored for the Arsenal just after half-time, Van Persie was earlier sent off for an eleged kick. F.C. Thun equalised immediately before Dennis grabbed the dramatic winner. :D

Update: Arsenal 2 F.C. THun 1

Thun were doing well. I'm soo disappointed Bergkamp scored in the additional time. :(

 

That would have been incredible a draw at Highbury in their first Champions League appearance.

True, it would. I only saw the second half but F.C. battled ahrd. Im not looking forward to the away fixture.

I completely mixed that up. What I meant to say was that F.C. Thun played well. :confused:

cool that you started an arsenal thread :) they used to be my favorite team when I played football/soccer.. I'm happy they beat Thun though, since Thun beat my local team Malmö FF in the last round.. :P lol.

Anyway- Arsenal beat Everton 2-0 during the week, Sol Campbell getting the 2 goals. Arsenal drew ( :angry: ) with west Ham today 0-0. The scorers were..... :dozey:
