I was in the guitar center the other day and this guy started playing Stairway to Heaven so badly. He was asked to stop as people were starting to leave. lol

one of the easiest but most catchiest guitar riff is White Stripes - Seven Nation Army. It's just a baseline but it's really fun to play

I don't get it. A lot of people I know enjoy going to guitar shops just to play the guitars and show off, with no intention of buying them, but I hate it.

 

Don't get me wrong, I love playing guitar as much as many other people, perhaps even more. But I just can't sit in a guitar shop and play a guitar for more than 10 minutes unless I'm there to buy it. It doesn't matter if I'm playing a Telecaster through a Fender Twin or something, I just get bored of it all very quickly. Might as well stay at home - at least there I won't get the piss taken out of me by the shop staff.
