Chris's white wrist wrap?

Featured Replies

I remember he was wearing that last tour too. 0_o

Does he just have it on for kicks, or did he hurt himself or something? ...again?

I haven't seen him wear it this year though..

LiquidSky, I think he's just started.... if you look at recent pictures you'll see it.

I don't know what it's for though.. hmm...

I hope xERINx doesn't mind if I used one of her pics, but uh...

Woaw! Cool picture, I'm saving it, thanks ;)

Last time, he was wearing it was because after playing piano so much his wrist started to hurt..so that's why he was wearing it.. I'm guessing it's hurting him again.. He'll probably get arthritis later on on his life... He needs to take loooooooooots of calcium :idea2:

Thank xERINx. :D

So his wrist really hurts? Awwww..... lol.

yeah, thanks xERINx ;) and yes, it's because his wrist hurts.. :(

I think we already talked about it but I think it should be a tendinitis...

I wear a thing like that myself and even if it not looks very helpful it is hurting less if you wear it.

The problem with a tendinitis is that once you get it it is pracitcally impossible to get away from it again...There is a treatement you can do but if you start to play more piano or other instruments again it is there again, so there is nothing really you can do against it...

I play the piano myself, albeit not regularily. So when I do play a lot my 'weaker' wrist starts to hurt.

Chris is left-handed, I think, so it makes sense that his right wrist would start to hurt during a tour.

A.

poor chris!

     poor chrissy

It's because Chris suffers from tendonitis, so he wears a brace to protect his wrist.

Is that the reason, the next album there won't be any piano songs?! :o That makes sense...

Yeah.. I'm the only one thinking here... :P j/k  :embarrased:

Aw... that sucks.

...Chris is left-handed?

I never even noticed, and I don't know how many times I've seen him playing a guitar or whatever.

He plays his guitar right-handed, so I'm pretty he's, well, right-handed. :P

But a lot of times left-handed feel more comfortable using their guitar the 'right' way, or so to speak, like my drum teacher (who also teaches guitar, heh)...

I envy you musically talented people.

I thought I saw a pic of him writing with his left hand. But about the guitar thing: is it because the strumming involves less work or something?

^Haha, I'm not that great at the guitar... My main instrument is drums. :)

And about the guitar thing--it's just whatever you're comfortable with. My drum teacher also has his drums set up right-handed (instead of having all the drums reversed).

I dunno... it's weird... lol.

Chris is left handed, and like you said, he learned to play the guitar with his right.

^How cool, hehe.

Anyways... *drums fingers on table*

Just wondering... where'd you all find out Chris was a lefty?

^there was a pic when he was writing with his left hand. :idea2:

edit: found it... there you go. :)
