Which is a better single- yellow or trouble?

um...i think yellow because it is a good song to really let people know....i am here and i have talent but trouble can do the same.....both of those songs opened my eyes to coldplay though

Yellow works cos of its classic coldplayiness (new word)...but I think Trouble cos of the piano line...you can't beat a good piano hook! ...and the US vid was pretty awesome too...but so was the UK one....they were both amazing

Well I am a DEFINTATE fan of yellow over trouble. Trouble is now my least favourite song on this album... perhaps it's cause it got too much airplay and I got sick of it (I can't beleive I actually got sick of a coldplay song!?!), perhaps I just find it too depressing?!? Anyways... yellow it is :P Not sure about the b'sides though... soz.

Previously unheard song from before the Seoul show today. Looks like they might be ready to start soundchecking some new songs again. We don't really know anything about LP11 at this point but I wouldn't be surprised if it comes sooner rather than later given they still had plans until recently to release the final two albums before 2026. red_vid_1744814197.mp4

After the original thread was closed most of the discussion of the leaks moved into the Moon Music thread or the leak lyrics thread, neither of which are really suitable for talking about the leaks in general. While the mods did promise to reopen the original thread once they'd gone through and cleaned it up, I'm not sure of when or if it'll be reopened so for now I thought it would be best to start a new thread for the leaks so we can keep the other threads more on topic. What might it be like? The lyric video is nice but I would have loved to see Coldplay attempt a music video for it. It's not unusual for songs as long as Coloratura to have music videos - Blackstar by David Bowie had a great one - but usually they're larger in scope because of the length of the song. I'd like to think something along the lines of Up&Up's video would work. But or course that's already been done, and very well. Does anyone have any other ideas?
