Why when we reply to a CFU page---it doesnt appear in the "Latest Posts"

 

Is this a new rule or something----is it just my comp???

what was the problem with this??? :huh:

I think the rules for user groups will be different as the mods have one, and we cant see what threads............... they have posted

but---just yesturday--we could see them and now i cant---wonder what happened---still not familiar with all the rules here

I was wondering exactly the same thing - it's more difficult to see when someone's posted there now! :angry:

I would be scared of half the things that would be posted about me in the mods forum !

^As far as the Mods forum is concerned, I agree it should be hidden, and I actually campaigned for that to happen (for the reasons you mentioned above) - but I don't think there's any reason for that to happen with CFU.

perhaps its not just possible on here with user groups.... just think how much we can bitch !

And the mods forum wasn't removed because you 'campaigned' for it. It was just a glitch that was rectified!

Laura, CFU forum is the same as the mod forums, only the members can see them on the the index page. People can still join by going to 'usergroups'. I think it's just to make the board neater, that's all :)

Ahh I see, sorry. I guess it's just so non-members can't see the posts. At least it means you're secrets are safe.......well most of them anyway mwahahaha :sneaky:

Another thing I've noticed is that when you click on the CFU threads now, the first page is automatically displayed rather than the LATEST one. This is also rather frustrating........................................

i really dont mind this much---but if its possible to put CFU on latest posts again---would be great---if not---i guess its ok

We're just wondering why it wasn't able to stay as it was, that's all. It seemed to be working fine as it was.

I'm sure Ian doesn't mind things being queried - these aren't complaints as such............................................

I'm sure he'd rather just be able to get on with doing what he thinks is best for his site too, he's got a huge list of glitches and problems to sort out already.
