Aack! I don't know what to do... I'll be in Australia next year and they're playing Brisbane- right where I'll be studying- on my b'day too! How on earth am I gonna get tix for that??? This is the worst thing that could happen, they come right to my doorstep and I have to miss their gig :bigcry:

I guess I could... But I dunno how to tell my parents. They wouldn't understand... I was hoping so much that the tix would only be sold after I'd started my semester in February so that I could secretly get them without my parents knowing :sneaky: But now this... I really dunno what to do :cry: I've been so hoping to see them for so long and now I'll probably have to miss them coz they'll all be sold out by then

I hope you're friggin happy. I went to get my pre-sale GA Gold tickets and it says allocation exhausted, so I can't get them thanks to stupid IDIOTS like you :cry:

I'm sorry you didn't get what you were after in the presale.

 

Nowhere in the email did it say not to foward or reproduce it. The reason why allocation was exhausted is because people were allowed to purchase as many tickets as they wanted and went over and above what they stated not because of people like me (whatever that means).

Yes it did say not to give out the password! And it said not to purchase more tickets than you requested:

 

- Please do not pass this email onto anyone else or post the links and/or password on any site. We have selected as many people to get

priority access to these tickets as possible. If you post the link and other people end up coming into this pre-sale, then ticket

allocation will go and you will have less chance of getting the tickets you have requested

 

Once you are in the purchase page please choose the amount of tickets you requested in the your pre-sale application and then fill in your

details to complete your purchase. Please only select and purchase the amount of tickets you requested initially otherwise it will eat into other people's requests and we will be forced to cancel any extra purchase.

It was a matter of chance, and you just wrecked it mate. How about reading the whole email rather than just jumping to conclusions. I too missed out on gold seating because of people like you who just threw around the password.

 

I do belive true Coldplay fans would abide the rules, thanks for blowing it timoonz.

 

Sure the system they used was a little dodgy and easily taken advantage for, but it's upto the buyers and loyal fans to keep everything in order. Yet people like you just wreck it. I wouldn't be suprised if they stopped doing it this way or changed the system because people don't follow it.

 

Pre-sale is still on sale, how about editting your post and taking out the password so people who made pre-sale getting home from work tonight and others who have yet to buy tickets, still can.

Actually I wouldn't still buy them if I didn't already recieve the email, it's completely unfair to the rightful buyers.

Please just edit your post and remove the password to prevent more fans from being dissapointed.

i don't like this pre-sale system though. they shouldn't do the random allocation in my opinion. too many non-coldplay fans get pre-sale tickets who decide to apply at the last minute for the sake of it. if they were really stuffed to get ticks, they would have applied straight away for pre-sale. in my opinion, they should have it like normal pre-sale and let it be first in best dressed, like the normal general public tickets. :cry:

Yeah the way they went about this was CRAP! They should have had something more secure than just a password, they must have known that people were going to pass it along, or abuse the system. Everyone should have gotten a seperate keycode to put in or something.

and they shouldn't do random allocation.
