Things are going well, pretty good but again the work is quickly catching up on me. I'm planning to get a lot of it done tonight --which will be my goal for today because I've got a TON of assignments and tests next week.

 

hmmm I'll definately try to catch that film when I can. I haven't heard of it though! When I do go out to see movies, I usually watch box-office ones but I try to see some independent ones as well. Not as much though... not as much as you!! It seems like you watch a lot of good films!

Then it'll be a hard night for you. Hope you do most of your work tonight, so you will have more time afterwards. How come you have tests next week? My unis lesson started about 2 weeks ago and we won't any exam 'til January of the next year!

 

Well, I like to watch good films (like everyone, I guess) but sometimes I go to watch some silly films, the only thing that I do is be awared that I'm gonna watch a fool film, so I don't expect too much of it. ;)

I hope I'll be able to get it done too..... We don't get exams until December this year. Last year we had mid-term exams in January as well but this year they decided to have them before the holidays. So now, they're just test for the report card.

Maybe I was the thief who entered your flat to surprise you to give you a bunch of presents and pumpkin pie (because I baked waaay too much for myself to eat) but after I jumped through your window, I found no one there. In my uni we've never had mid-term exams and sometimes, they can be pretty useful 'cos then you have 2 opportunities and now, if I fail the exam I'll do on January, it'll mean that I fail the subject. :uhoh:

Nope, the tests that we have next week aren't too important, but they still count. For the report card in November that we'll get, tests combined make up about 35% of the mark ---which is the same amount one exam makes up for. I guess it's good we have 2 exam times during the year so we don't have to study EVERYTHING we learned from September to June.

 

I should have warned you beforehand... I'm not the normal thief who dresses in black! I only wear the face mask hat because it get's chilly during the evening, and gloves because so often they get cold. But yes! come visit one day! ........what would you bring for me? :blush:

Oh, then they count more than I expected! Anyway, I prefer the way which is structured your course 'cos you may have to study pretty often but, in fact, I think it's more fair to be evaluated like this. I remember myself the first semester of the first year in uni.... and I was a bit lost, I made new friends with who I laughed so much but I failed almost all the subjects! So, my semester was great until I knew my marks -- then it was a trauma! So, it's better to be a bit "forced" to study everyday a little bit.

 

Oh, I see you aren't a typical thief at all but I'd like to see a picture of your mask - now I am curious! Which one do you wear when you're doing this stuff?! A spiderman one?! - :lol:
