On the coldplay.com merchandise thing they had a cap! :D

Yes! Haha, but I can't wear hats. My hair -- think Guy's fro, but longer. It looks really weird!

I had lawn seats, too, and I was about midway up. I could only see Will the whole time... but this time I'm going to Sacramento and we have floor seats!!! Why can't you go?!

Ugh. I can't go for sooooo many reasons. Well, none of my friends wants to go, and I reaaaaallly don't wanna go alone 'cause umm... I'm 13, so that would be strange. And I don't think my parents wanna pay again, since I just went, ya know?

Oh but I sooo wanna go and experience everything I didn't the first time. Like, actually TOUCH one of the yellow balloons. Stupid balloon-hoggers last time. :P

Ahhh you guys... that is teh sux.

I'm lucky my mom likes Coldplay.

Haha my mom likes Coldplay... but not that much. It'd be weird to go to a rock concert with my mom. She thinks all rock bands are satanic or something. She even questions Coldplay! My sister and I crack up. My sister's church group thing at Berkeley sang A Message and my mom was like "Oh, but I'm sure, ya know, they had to change the lyrics and everything to make it appropriate. See, look Chris Martin's singing 'I'm not gonna take you back.'"

HAHAHA. She mistook "I'm not gonna take it back" for I'm not gonna take you back! That's soo funny!

haha yeah Coldplay's pretty much the cleanest rock you can get. well, besides flat out blatant christian music.

I'm probably going to play "ladder to the sun" for a talent show-type thing in my church musical this year and pretend that I'm talking about Jesus

LOL! My mom still thinks there's some wrong subliminal message in Coldplay. Oh dear, will she ever learn...

That is an awesome song to have for graduation! You should dance around and jump around when it plays at the ceremony. Go out with bang!

Graduated in 2003 from highschool. The song was It's So Hard To Say Goodbye to Yesterday by BoysIIMen. . I liked our song, but it was definitely used by some other recent class. And before that for 8th grade graduation, we had Fly Away by Lenny Kravitz. I know weird.

Looking back I would have wanted The Scientist instead.

I guess some parts of it could to relate to graduating....

"Nobody said it was easy

Oh it's such a shame for us to part

Nobody said it was easy

No one ever said that it would be this hard

Oh take me back to the start"

ya... my mom took me to the coldplay concert. she likes country, but she knew my obsession, so she didn't mind. also, tampa got cancelled, so we went to bristow. plus, she's taking me back to (hopefully) two more concerts. i think that she was just happy when they covered "ring of fire". she said, "okay, coldplay just went up in my book". i have her trained pretty well. nah, but really. we are so close.

about the t-shirts, i have the long sleeve one that says coldplay, the black x&y with under the surface..., and the navy blue colorbar. plus, a crew jacket. my cousin works for them. i got 2 buttons, a mug, a program, a keychain, an autograph, stuff from their dressing room, pics at chris's piano, watching part of the concert from the stage, and i write for the st. pete times kids' page and wrote an article on them, which they signed. i am gonna post it on here as soon as i get a digital camera.

^...Holy jizz.

Awesome. Spread the Coldplay love, man! :D

nice one!yourownpolitik, :D

coldplaying.com-ers are the best fucking people in the world!! :D :D :D

this board really is the best one i've been apart of, not just cause its for the best band ever but the people are amazing. On so many other boards people are bitchy and rude especially to newbies. I have to say that doest have (much...its bound to happen sometime!) feuding!

Kate

so, call me crazy, but today i was in the discount department store called bells, don't know if anyone else has it, but anyway, i was browsing the teenage boys' section with my brother and i found 2 coldplay shirts next to all the "vintage" band tees. 30% off. oh yeah! thus making my count 5 coldplay tee's and a jacket. lol

Haha, that's kinda weird...

hey man, it was a sale. lol. yeah. i'm kinda crazy. but i wear just cotton shirts like that to sports practices and to sleep in, so i kinda needed some new ones.
