yeah........better than football.......I'm looking forward to Olympic games.....

 

I love Biathlon and ski jumping (although the germans are not as good as they once were)...........................

Bobsled is my favorite, and I also like skeleton and ski jumping. Anyone ever watch curling? It's pretty weird. I got to try it over last Christmas break, and it was pretty fun. I'd do it again.

 

But to bobsled...that would be the ultimate. :helmet:

Yeah I watched the first 4 Hills Tournament today in Oberstdorf (Germany). It was great. Janne Ahonen won! He's definately my favourite this year, but I hope that Michael Uhrmann will win one (or more) of the tournaments.

Ahonen is my fave too ;) i support him for 5 years :cool: hope he will win his 4th 4Hills this year and also some olympic gold medals :devilish:

I have been to Biathlon yesterday and it was great.......Ole Einar Björndalen and his partner won!

Janne Ahonen is my favorite too :D and of course the whole Finnish team.

Did you know btw that for example in Norway the ski jump judges (don't know the right word) are shown a film that includes examples of bad jumping styles when they are taught to judge. In that film, 11 examples of 40 include Janne Ahonen jumping (and especially landing). That's the main reason why Janne has got so low points from certain judges.

So unfair.. :angry:

that's a fact that Janne's landing isn't the best and he lost a lot of times thanks to that,but if he still jumps for 2 or 3 metres further than his opponents,he can reach his 3rd World Cup in a row and Olympics gold medal ;)

But it's still stupid that, as Janne said it in an interview(yesterday?), that when Jannes name's announced before he jumps, the certain judges automatically know that now they have to give lower points.

that makes my blod boil :angry: grrr....

 

I'm so happy that he won (again :cool: ) the 4Hills tournament, even if it was a tie...

 

Hope he will win gold in the olympics, he totally deserves that......
