hey guys, well as you all know COLDPLAY was in Austin tonight(friday 9) and well even though i didnt get tickets, i saw the recording on another screen. anyways as i was leaving, i went to the building where the recording was taking place "cuz you never know", right? well i saw them!! i got all their autographs and pictures, except of will, im sorry guys but i couldnt get one of him... here are clips of the recording and some pictures

i live just outside NYC but i've never heard them sticking around after a show or appearance in the city to sign autographs and take pics...this is rare, so congrats to whoever was at the taping and saw them.

 

then again, this was filmed on a college campus and was kind of a special event. btw...isnt University of Texas at Austin the biggest university in America?

the main vid file is huge and takes about an hour to download...it is the end of the show when they were performing Talk. its good but it is only a video of a big screen and there is a bit of a lag with the sound...its still worth downloading though.

So that makes her SUPER lucky...

The show was great. They played almost 2 hours, but the broadcast will be edited back to 1 hour. Suprise guest. woo hoo they played X & Y. Best free concert ever!

 

I'm kicking myself for not going over to the Communications building, but 5 hour drive there, 5 hour wait in the cold, and 5 hour drive home staring me in the face, I needed to get on the road. I missed my Jonny :cry:
