I remember when they played Politik at the grammys. Chris had never played piano on telly before and anyone seeing them for the first time musta been shocked. My friend at work thought he was having a seizure or somethin. :lol:

The Grammys were one of the first shows I ever saw Coldplay on. I remember I had just gotten into them heavily, but I was pretty quiet about it. Until the next day, when everyone was making fun of Chris' spastic playing or whatever. I bitched them all out. :smug:

They'll either do:

 

1) Speed Of Sound - it was the song they're nominated for, plus huge hit

2) Fix You - huge live song, popular amongs fans and the public

3) X&Y - title track to the album they're nominated for

4) Talk - IF it continues to grow in popularity in the US

5) White Shadows - looks like it'll probably be the 4th single...so if they want some free promotion...

I agree with Square One. I think they need to make that their fourth single. It's the best track on the album apart from X&Y (In my opinion).

 

Of course, if they're going for an even bolder statment, or the initiation of politically-driven songs being all they perform at the Grammys, they can do Twisted Logic. They haven't done it live yet and I think it would be spectacular.

 

I just hope they don't do any of their older singles (Even Talk). They need to freshen up a bit. :)
