i wouldn't call it raw, rather pure.

Funny :) pure it's almost the same word that one of my friend used to describe the diefference between the first two albums and X&Y...he said that they used to play like "soul singers", they could go deep under your skin with their songs, so probably something has changed, and yes I think that media have a great part in this :cool:

There was a program on ITV2 last night called "The Brits are coming" or something like that and there was the odd clip of Coldplay when the nominations were being run through. However one of these really caught my eye. When they announced who was up for album they had a little clip of Coldplay doing White Shadows live. It was a very high quality piece of footage and I thought hmm where was that. It zoomed out and panned around for a few seconds and I am sure it was Crystal Palace. There was stadium lights, big screens either side of the stage and the spotlight gantry thing was in the same place. Now I am not one to jump to conclusions but will the DVD include one of the Crystal Palace nights or was this just a random bit of footage? Any thoughts? It got me excited!

Sadly no because to cut a long story short I have a new DVD recorder and it takes time to get it set up and plus it was too late so I am very sorry but still if it is repeated I will endeavour to get it up here! :D
