May 5, 200323 yr why do you think you need diet Amanda, besides the fact of the weight. What would bring you being slimer...? Does it worth it...?

May 6, 200323 yr well, you cant just exercise and eat unhealthy, cuz then you'll just remain the same weight forever! :shock: you just gotta..hmm, like balance it, not eat as MUCH fatty foods :)
May 7, 200323 yr for sure...give up pop and fruit drinks that have NO real juice in it. Water, honestly is the way to go, and it will help clear up your skin :) You will see results in giving up pop, and candy and junk food while your at. Honestly, an apple tastes just as good as a candy bar, even better.

May 7, 200323 yr well I had three eggs and four bacon strip.. toasts...and glasses of orange juice and water for breakfast.... for lunch I'm having barbeque pork and baked potatoes yumm yummm.. thats how I eat..I dont excerise much and I'm skinny like a twigg.. so cutting down what u eat doesn't matter... its good to have fruits as snacks not junk... green alot greens and vgetables...drink alot of water..and workout about 3x a week.... make sure to take alot of vitamins too :shrug:
