I don't think much of the b-side. It's a bit boring.

Veloceraptor has grown on me but I haven't heard the b-side yet.

There's only youtube footage of velociraptor played live so far (as far as I know) in various states of quality of course. I didn't bother ripping the audio off any of them, cos I'd rather wait for the album version, so I have't heard the song much.

 

Pistols at Dawn is going to be the b-side on the Days Are Forgotten single out in a week or two. It was on nme, it's alright but it's not particularly amazing. Which is a shame really cos they're had some corking b-sides in the past. Maybe they've got something special up their sleeves for the next single *fingers crossed*

 

Anyway, I popped along to post this Guardian article - quite a long read but interesting. The bits about Tom buying loads of Monster Munch and chicken nuggets, talking constantly, whistling and just generally being Tom as funny as hell :lol:

Apparently there's 30second previews of all the velociraptor tracks on amazon uk. Haven't played them yet, dunno if I want to really..... :\ could be a bit like reading bits from the last few pages of a good novel. Not sure I wanna be spoiled....
