Pretty much the same tonite, except Hardest Part instead of Swallowed in the Sea aaaaand Chris played Parachutes after Yellow. Great crowd again and I got floor seats this time. Touched Chris as he ran to the back tonite!

oh, and chris had food poisoning today, didnt know if he was gonna make it tonite. Said he was puking at 4pm and said the next song was a good song for the situation...Dont Panic :)

what were some highlights of the show?

i couldnt afford it either but sometimes you just gotta go for it. As for highlights, it was very similar to last nite so some of the suprise was gone. Really great to hear Parachutes. And Chris told a funny story before Till Kingdom Come. He dedicated it to Fiona and Sarah McChachlan (spelling?) and Greg, a guy his dad worked with that become a women. He said he liked to think coldplay could have played Lilith Fair if they had more breasts. Solid performances again, crowd really into it again. and being closer on the floor was a personal highlight.

it was with piano. i thought it was going to be swallowed in the sea again because he was sitting at the piano, so it was a suprise. also it wasnt just a snippet of parachutes, it was the full song. its just the song is only 30 sec long.

I notice Don't Panic is played earlier in the show (not acoustic section), was it still acoustic? Or was it full band version?

That was by far the most AMAZING concert Ive ever been to!!!!!

Highlight of my entire life was touching Chris' arm! :D I loved the end where everyone in the entire buliding was singing Fix You

Dont panic and trouble were amazing....no everything was amazing!!!!

Anything you guys heard was better than the Seattle setlist. I don't know if they played all of Trouble in the Vancouver shows or not?

 

They played half of Trouble and The Hardest Part...we didn't get Don't Panic, we didn't get Swallowed In The Sea, we didn't get Parachutes. Though at White River in the summer we got Don't Panic, Swallowed In The Sea, AND A Rush Of Blood To The Head (first time they had played it live in 2 years).

 

What I think they are doing is reviewing the setlists from last summer and reserving about 2 or 3 slots to play songs they didn't play last time. And if they didn't play in your city last summer and are playing 2 shows now, they will do one set with a couple songs, and the other set replacing those songs the next night.

any recordings surface yet? i hope they do, the scientist was amazing with the sing along bit. I cried at it's beauty

I was at both shows, and got SOOOO many pictures!! 214 to be exact!! And I've already weeded out the bad ones! I will definately post when I get them resized and such!! Just need to find the time!

But what's the thing with "Electric" Trouble. And what's with The Hardest Part. The first concert not played, second one they played it. :/

Trouble is just the last acoustic song, it's the transition song going back to the electric songs. Hardest Part was played instead of Swallowed by The Sea... I think it was just to switch it up and give some variety
