Post-Concert depression

How come i'm the only freak who was happy after the conert?

I was literally buzzing like I was on some sort of drug for about 4weeks. My family and friends said they'd never seen my so happy, I was literally bouncing off the walls!

I sorta know what you mean though....even though I was happy, when I was sat on the tube home from the 2nd Earls Court night there was a part of me that was sad it was all over and I had nothing to look forward to anymore....but I was still buzzing!

Even some random dude of the train asked me why I looked so happy, I must have been sat there smiling to myself like a right freak! :wacky:

You're not a freak. When I'm on the train home, I look through my pix and video clips and have a stupid grin on my face.

When I need cheering up, I look at them again. Brings back the good memories...

I'm just itching to see 'em again. Hopefully, this year.... :wink3: :D

Me too!! SOOOOOOOOOOOO badly. I hope its not too far away :(

And im glad im not the only one! I still have all the videos on my mobile, i dont have the heart to delete them, even though they are all of saved on my comp. Portable chris&jonny love video for whenever I need to be cheered up, and there's one of chris swinging the light in fix you then jumping to the front of the stage near us, makes me want to cry!!!

I always keep my photos on my camera and look at them!!! I have the same problem Steph....I know its on the computer but I just HAVE to keep it!!

I wanna see the boys again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :embarrased:

Wow, must be a valid medical condition if we are all suffering from the same symptoms!! Even while I’m still on post concert buzz (wont shut up about it…and driving my friends and family crazy), I’m totally bummed because at the end of the show Chris said “see you guys in a few years”…..a few years, Chris??? What am I going to do with myself? :bigcry: All I gotta say is that these boards are serious therapy for me, and hopefully I’m on the road to recovery…..

I have my pix and vids on my mobile too. I ain't deleting 'em EVER!

I get to lots of gigs because a) I'm hardcore, b) I pay through the nose [for some tix, not all] c) I'm hardcore...

ok nettie....nice insight there.....

All this talk is making me depressed now, how ironic is that? I guess was due to come down at some point...... WAAAA!!!! :bigcry:

I know exactly how you feel..

the day after I was at work and I had Amsterdam stuck in my head and I started bawling my eyes out..

I was seriously depressed.

I hope it doent happen again..

2 weeks 5days!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

then I will feel like poo again,

This year's going really quickly. February already! :o

I know.

Im graduating next year.

This is really causing me anxiety.

I hate thinking about it. :(

However, Im sure Coldplay will becoming out with an album around that time..

so bring it on. :)

Why? Why be anxious? There's not need to get yourself into a tizzy. You'll be ok lass, you'll be ok.... :)

OMFG... that's exactly what we call it at my house.

I've been going through a sort of PCD ever since Tuesday. I stayed home from school so I could just think about the concert all day (don't worry, I didn't miss school the entire semester before :P ), and I was so freakin depressed. My mom just made it worse when she kept singing "Tears stream down your face..."

:bigcry:

I couldn't believe that something I'd been waiting two and a half months for was gone in a matter of hours.

Then when we got our pictures developed it got worse  They were horrible. I was so disappointed. THEN they were playing in a city I probably could have gone to the night after and I was missing them.

I still feel like "Man, I need to see Coldplay again..." but not as badly as I did earlier this week. I'm wearing the shirt I bought from the concert, though, and when I look at it -- :bigcry: .

I know I'm in love with something when it makes me feel like this.

I feel you guys.

I think its because we spend so much of our brains being excited for the concerts and then they come and go..

and we feel we have nothing left.

Thanks Coldplay.

jk.

you know I love you.
