Orlando 4th March concert - advice needed

Featured Replies

Hello, new member here. :)

I'm arriving from the UK on the 4th March and would appreciate any advice on avoiding traffic and best place for parking if travelling from Orlando International to the TD Waterhouse venue. I think timings may be tight, we hope to clear the airport and be in the hire car by 6pm. Am I going to have trouble arriving in time to take our seats before the concert starts?

Any help appreciated particulary on the choices for parking. I need to pick up tickets from the Will Call office at the venue.

Thanks in advance.

hello NM...hope you have a safe trip across the pond and I hope your experience in Orlando is a good one...!

If you leave by 6 pm from the airport with your hired car..you should be fine. It shouldn't be more than 30 minutes or so to get the TD Waterhouse and parking is all around the Centroplex. I will be driving 2 hours to see them (for the 3rd time!) and plan to arrive around that time as well.

if you have any further questions...feel free to ask!

Hey Sam, do you go to UF? And I agree with sam as well. You shouldnt have any trouble getting there in time. The concert starts at 8 right? Or is it 7:30? Anyway, you will def get there in time, but if you're a little late, who cares right? Fiona apple will be on for a while, and coldplay probly wont even come on till 9.

But don't miss Fiona! She has been getting awesome reviews :nice: Very great seeing so many people from here going to the Orlando show, I'm going up from Miami so about 5 hours travel for me!

Thanks for the advice. I've also found information on recommended routes from the airport and the parking lots available around the center. Looking forward to the holiday and what should be a great start to it.

Thanks again.

Wahoo! it's almost time...I hope it's fun.

I'm driving up from Miami on Friday morning, and I was hoping to make it a Coldplay weekend, but it's not to be, I guess...

But I was also wondering what was a good time to get there. In a perfect world, I run into Coldplay and I tell them to play "Such A Rush" or "Crests of Waves" and they do, because it's my birthday, hahahaha!

You can get a parking pass on Ticketmaster for one of the lots, got pass a few days ago, I'll be in the "Yellow" lot! :D

There's going to be alot of tickets at "will call" since that's how the presale went, so would advise going early if you have to go there!

I liked the thread about yellow balloons, so bring a bag of yellow balloons with you

Whaaat? You think that parking is going to be so bad that I'll be better off with a parking pass? I was hoping to avoid that.

I don't want to get there super early (since it's not like I have to save a spot or something), but I don't want to waste time looking for parking. Is the ticket probably the best way to avoid that?
