downloaded a program that take pictures of whats on screen, works like a charm. anways i struck a deal with my brother, he's not gonna tell. but apparently my youth minister now knows, and my brother said he is going to call my parents and tell....its really not his place to do that.

Is it an American thing? Only I really get the impression from TV / Movies etc that American parents are stricter and that kids are more loyal and respectful than this side of the pond. Am I there or completly stereotyping here?

Hey Gta SA got rating changed from M(17) to AO(18), so censorship is pretty pointless, as if one year is so crucial, I mean I played gta3 when I was 14 or so, and I'm still relatively normal, haven't killed anyone...yet :)

More loyal and respectful in the U.S.? Hahaha! I don't think so, but I really have no experience anywhere else, so they might be. :D TV and movies aren't a great source for typical American life. I think since alcohol, drugs, and sex are still pretty big taboos over here (no matter how prevalent they are in entertainment), parents might be a little more strict because of that.

haha i thought parents in thier 50s were uncool and strict... well thats sorta like my parents...

 

and as for my brother, well he loves his drink alot, but he wont even let me have one vodka cruiser! bastard :angry: my dad ended up drinking them anyway, and he certainly doesnt need anymore alcohol :angry:

 

man nick, i hope everything works out... i was caught by the police drunk, and i had to tell my parents because i thought iwas gonna get a letter sent about an underage drinking seminar... but it never came so i confessed for nothing :angry: ...now my parents are really cautious... :(
