I saw Angels & Airwaves with a couple coworkers from umg at the Gibson recently and WOW they rocked it! They're touring for I-Empire their new album I highly recommend seeing 'em. they're cool, i like that one song "the adventure".. kind of have a u2ish sound there. their new song is kinda lame though. i want my old ol blink 182 back

Angels & Airwaves are awesome :nice: Tom DeLonge was awesome in blink 182, but AVA is so much better. They have such an amazing sound. Valkyrie Missile is one of the greatest opening songs on an album, in my opinion. They're music fits the category of "epic", truly.

I love them too, Call to Arms is my favorite

This. As far as the 'blink-182 hiatus bands' went, +44 knocked the shit out of Angels and Airwaves.

I don't know if there's already a thread, but I really love them... It's the band of Tom Delonge, blink-182's singer. It was a project while he split off the band and they had a break, but after blink-182's has reunited again, they still playing and doing new things... Here's the new single and video, from their new album called "LOVE part 2". It will be released on November 11th.

I really think it will. All of their music follows the same good line. Blink-182's new album is going to be a little closer to AVA in some songs, but I don't think that as pure as AVA is. This song is following the same way like the others of them and I like it. I have to say that The Adventure is a good song for me too, it's one that marked my life, it came in a good time and I still like remembering it...

Angels and Airwaves are hit and miss. Tom can't help it, but sometimes his whinny sound bugs me.
