Scotland would be great, but I'm a bit afraid because of their dialect. :D I think I'll get some problems in Ireland as well. :D When I sometimes watched football games and switched to the Irish commentators, I always understood nothing. :P

But I also can't wait to visit Berlin again. On June 20th I will watch Ecuador-Germany there. Since yesterday Berlin has the biggest railway station in Europe. When I visited it 2 years ago, I only saw a giant construction work.

And very soon it will have the biggest hooligan contingent on Earth!!:P

Let's hope the station isn't destroyed before it's even finished!!

:P And what are you doing right now? Watching Soccer AM? ;)

No - that's finished for the summer. It's been replaced by CRICKET AM, but I'm not that interested in cricket, so won't be watching!;)

Oh, ok! :D I'm also not interested in cricket... Do they want to show Soccer AM during World Cup again? But I think Sky Sports isn't allowed to show any World Cup matches in England, only BBC and ITV.

^I don't care, as long as I can watch it!:D

Soccer AM will be off until August, though!:(

Is the weather still sh*tty in Bremen?

Hm, on the last two days the sun did it's best, especially on Thursday. :) But today it's grey and cold. I hate this kind of weather. :dozey: How is the weather in Duisburg?

What about your favourite football team? I heard Cory Gibbs made a contract with Charlton?! I think I know him... :) He played for St. Pauli.

Well I think the sun's given up down here!!:P

Maybe it's gone away on holiday to somewhere warmer!

The sky here is completely grey!!

Yes - Cory Gibbs has signed a pre-contract, but has now injured his knee and won't play in the World Cup.

He played for St. Pauli? Was he that bad?:stunned:

Next week our new manager will be announced. It looks like it's going to be Ian Dowie (who recently quit as manager of Crystal Palace).

Charlton fans hate Palace, by the way (they're neighbours).

I'm not quite sure but I think he played for St. Pauli. :D And I think St. Pauli isn't sooo bad! This season they reached the Semi-Final of the DFB-Cup (they also won against Werder Bremen, but IMO only because of the snow on the field :P). I like this club!

Oh, your new manager might come from Palace? Could you accept it as a Charlton supporter? :P

As long as he does a good job, it won't matter. He always comes across pretty well on TV, actually. He even invented a word, "Bouncebackability".

It would also be quite funny, because the chairman of Palace has said he won't be happy if it happens (Dowie said he was quitting for family reasons)!!:laugh3:

Na Sarah! :nice: You bought some albums last week, right? Which one do you prefer? :)

Lol Mark, what does it mean... "Bouncebackability"? :P So it sounds like you're able to accept it. :D

It's when you are able to come back from the dead (like Liverpool in last year's Champions League final).

This is what I think of Palace, by the way:

@lars: yep, I got the raconteurs album (from felix :nice: ), dirty pretty things and placebo... dunno, they're all good. at the moment I really love 'together' by the raconteurs. :)

Hehe Mark, I think the same about Bayern Munich, Schalke 04 and Hamburger SV. :P Oh yes, Liverpool-Milan was so fantastic! :nice:

Sarah, except "Dirty Pretty Things" I have the same records. I really adore "Call It A Day" by The Raconteurs. It's so... how can I say... "chillig"! (don't know the English word ^^)

Good morning lol... :nice:

Hey Kara! How are you? And how was your Hard-Fi concert? Hope you enjoyed it! :)

Hey! :)

Im not too bad, pretty damn tired!! Ive only just woken up, soo lazy :laugh4:!

On Thursday my friend's cinema outing turned into a night of nightclubbing too.....til half 3 in the morning!!!:wreck:

So then it was Hard-Fi the next day....my friend and I waited in the queue for not very long, but still got to the very front...the first time Ive been on the barrier at a gig...it was really good! So close to the bands. THe crowd was a bit rough at time, got squished  There were 3 support bands and it too FOREVER for them to come on. Richard Archers singing voice wasnt as loud as I thought it would be, but it he was still great, as were the other guys. It was fun!! "Hard to Beat" and "Living for the weekend" and "stars of cctv" were the best....ok I'll shut up now!! :laugh4:

Ah that sounds amazing Kara! :) "Hard To Beat" and "Living For The Weekend" are my favourite songs of Hard-Fi. I've never been in the front at a concert... I think I'm too afraid that it would be soo loud there. :D :(

So, the next on your "to-do-list" is IOW... :nice:

Yep it certainly is!

Ive never been at the front and it was actually a good place to be, your legs dont get tired as you can lean onto the rail...I got some good photographs and videos....want to see some? :nice:

Yep sure... :nice:

Did they allow to take pictures? :)

Yeah....no one stopped me! and I took some films too!! :laugh4:!!
