yea! totally,like when moses was born my mum was browsing through the paper and saw an article about him being born,and her commenting 'you'd think she was the only woman ever to have a kid'

what do you mean? maybe they just didnt like the way the situation wtih apple was handled you know. they prob got really frustrated so maybe this time they are trying to be extra secretive. i do think the blankie is way too much though, its not like shes holding moses under her. if that was the case, then id understand. but no kid udner there!

i never said the kid was under the blanket.i just said how the fact that moses already has a nanny that was only one to be seen with him (except people's magazines) is really silly, cus on the other hand you see gwyneth all around the city wandering, i mean maybe chris is the one who's taking care of kids,but..

Hmm...I must say that I find it a bit dumb that Moses has a nurse when Gwyn doesn't even have anything to do all day..

^ Are you serious? Come on, every person who can afford it has a nurse nowadays. I don't think Gwyneth is a bad mum, it's good to have a nurse - if you can afford it, it's great if you have one person who's got a good relationship to the kid. It's true that Gwyneth doesn't shoot any movies at the moment, but as long as you have the money, it's definitely an advantage to have a nurse, just in case you need her. Especially if you have two kids and even more when you get haunted by paparazzi all the time!

 

I think it's really rude what you said.. How do you know she "doesn't even have anything to do all day"? How come you know??

id personally get a nurse if i was here. i just think two kids especially that young is a lil hard. but i think the blanket is understandable if moses was under there but i dont think he was tehre. i dont see her carrying anything. who knows, maybe he was on a wrap on her chest. but i was wondering, if the paps in the uk are worse then in NYC? because it seems like they arent being too agressive with them right. especially w/ media coverage so heavily focusedon brad pitt and tom cruise....

^ I think she had Moses under the blanket, otherwise there isn't ANY reason why she should have covered herself! If a celebrity covers her head under a blanket, there can only be two reasons:

 

1) She had a surgery and something went wrong and she doesn't want anyone to see it ;)

2) She has a baby underneath who she doesn't want to let take pictures of.

 

I guess 2) is more realistic ^^ I guess she had Moses in a carrying bag..

well...i think that, as soon as angelina delivers, the pap attention will go down on her and all.

Sorry if my post offended anyone, I didn't mean to be 'rude'. i was just referring to the fact that Gwyneth is on break, and has been around town alot lately without the baby. I'd agree with the nurse if maybe Gwyn was seen more with Moses. I don't know, maybe she values her time with him at home more. I've seen loads of kids who grow up with nannies, so I guess I'm sort of split on this one.

But.. I mean.. How do you know what Gwyneth's doing all day long? You simply don't know that! She's not a Sharon Stone who sends her nanny carrying the baby on the bus while she buys the only first class ticket left for the same way; she's not a Britney Spears who let her baby fall on his head for 4 times; she's not a Tom Cruise - I think I don't need an explanation for this one ;)

 

All in all, I think that Gwyneth is a good mum, as far as I can see it, and there's nothing bad about having a nanny. I'm sure Gwyneth spends a lot of time with the kids as long as they're very little - but it's important for the nanny to get to know the kids at a very early age! I just think there isn't anything bad about having a nanny for her kids at all..

thats true...i mean i know someone who has two young kids...maybe something like ages 5 and 2 or something..anyway she is now pregnant again and she has had a 'nanny' for ages....she still spejnds alot of time with her kids...but its just nice to have for when she is too busy,as her husband has a demanding job,and obviously as she gets further on in her pregnancy she will be able to to do less i guess.....

Especially if you don't just hire any babysitters for one night a week or something, but a woman who's able to be there whenever you need her! If you have the money, you can simply be sure that your kids are in the best hands - and who wouldn't want that?

I also don't see the big deal in having a nanny.. it's not up to us to dictate how someone else's kid should be raised anyway. Apple is doing just fine and she has a nanny as well. Since Chris isn't always around Gwyneth might need extra help, that doesn't take anything away from Gwyneth as a mother.

I think there can be more than 2 reasons for a celebrity to cover their face.. maybe she just didn't feel like having their picture taken that day? It's not that farfetched.. could've just been her mood.

exactly!!...its their decision how to raise their kids and good luck to them! chris also has a demanding job..and i guess gwyneth is alot busier then she appears...she must be in the pipeline of working on something at some time...

In the People mag with the pics of Moses, a "source" said they are hands-on parents. Gwyn said, "Chris is the daddy, I am the mummy." 95% of the pics I have seen in the last two years Gwyn has been holding Apple, or Chris has been with her, I don't think this is a Britney Spears thing (hardly ever see her with her kid, except behind the wheel of her SUV!). I commend both Gwyn and Chris, they look like a loving family.

No, they generally aren't seen together, the People photo was a shock because they were together! I think Gwyn said they didn't want to be photographed together since it might bring too much attention to their marriage and that's generally BAD for marriages.

^ Exactly! Because when a celebrity couple always poses together and then they suddenly don't appear together as much as they used to, tabloids already say "ooh, they're in a crisis" or "are they about to split?" and I guess that's VERY strenuous for a relationship!
