Jesus Bob came down son!!! I dont smoke and I hate it and you know that Bob especially at the Bohs match last night i had you on one side of me and my brother on the other side both smoking your cancer sticks and killing me couldnt get away from it and i have asthma too and it kills my chest i hate it and you should really know better too Bob coz you have asthma as well but relax man will you we are all allowed freedom of expression here but you cant verbally assault people if they have a difference of opinion!!,so Bob chill man!!!!!!

but non-smoking and smoking are choices, i don't get why, to that level there's a law, is a need to take some rights for choosing one thing over another.

Yes but if some people's right (smokers) go against some others' right (non-smokers) the law need to protect the weaker. Of course this protection doesn't have to go against smokers' right...and infact smokers can still smoke.

Oh but I'm not saying people don't have to like smoking, I find it stupid when it's just for fashion, I know some people who keeps smoking just because "everyone does", others like it and know the consequences and don't mind about them. It's a choice and you don't have to feel embarassed, it could have been the opposite ;)
