Surrounded by people who hate Coldplay

Because you're gay.... :P

Seriously though, only one or two of my friends like coldplay. The rest despise them; middle of the road, boring and all that

My friends understand that I have a passion for Coldplay. They might make fun of it but they know it doesn't bother me that much because I really could care less if they hate it. I only have a few "obsessions" in my life so they know not to be repetative. Sometimes I am surprised when a friend who didnt like them, asks about how the concert was! That makes me smile!

Awww,that's nice of 'em ^^

My friends did that too,but I was going on about the concert so much before that they probably thought it would be rude if they didn't say anything... :sweatdrop:

I live in Arkansas so the big thing here is country music. Not a lot of people are really familiar with Coldplay. The University kids are but they only really know the big radio hits (Yellow, Clocks, SOS, Talk). I don't know anyone else near me (besides my husband) who loves them like I do.

When my co-workers ask who the guys on my calendar are they say "Cold who?"

BLASPHOMY! D:

I thought for a second SOS was a song I hadn't heard before, until I realized it stood for Speed of Sound. I was like "SOS is a big radio hit? I've never even heard of it! :( "

People who hate Coldplay can go to hell
