I think the new last.fm needs getting used to. But as far as I see they didn't add new features, did they? They all existed on the former design, too.

well, it updates the new songs automatically. We had to wait till sunday before.

The library is also different i guess, i never used the last.fm radios or anything before really, so it's hard to tell.

I reckon most ppl will get used to it.

things always happen like this. like Gaia, i remember they changed the layout and everyone went ballistic. But did the site designers change it back because of the people who created groups against the new site layout? nope. why should they? it's every mans right to use what you want. you can either stay and deal with the new site or leave.

I don't mind the new last.fm. They're not completely done with the site anyway. I wont jump the gun too quickly. I doubt from the uproar of that group will make the people change the site back.

Most people would be happy with a new (or the old), not so bright layout.

And actually there is a way to delete all the stuff you aren't going to use and have a darker version of the layout but unfortunately tons of people are trying to download it so the links aren't working argh.

I most definitely agree that the new layout is WAY off the scale of brightness. I agree it does need to be toned down a little.

wonderful! i'll download it now. it'll make everything on there a little easier to use given the colour. i like the header part though, the red up at the top, the paint looks a bit like Viva La Vida but... it's just... so bright.
