Anyone know a way to help get some mud out ofa carpet? it rained last night and a bunch of people tracked in dirt and the carpet is stained. i cant find any carpet cleaner.

Heh... we take off our shoes too.... I can't speak for big drunk house parties, but generally even at big gatherings everyone leaves their shoes in a big pile at the door. It's so instinctive that my american cousins tease me about it when I visit. Actually, the people we stayed with teased us about it when I was in Ireland too, for that matter.

 

I guess my point is, sorry, I'm not much help. Though soap, a scrub brush, lots of towels, and a ton of elbow grease would be the obvious thing. Good luck.
