the austria based music tv channel 'gotv' will broadcast an one hour show hosted by coldplay. they will talk a bit about the album 'x&y', fair trade and on. coldplay have done a playlist with these tracks:

i haven't watched one single episode of the show.. so i can't tell any details how it will be. but i guess they'll mainly play the playlist which sounds really great.

 

i'm not equipped to record this, big sry fellas. but maybe someone else (if it's actually worthy :\).

Yeah it's been shown on gotv a hundred times now, it comes along with an interview they did back in July 2005 when they played a gig in Austria.

 

"hosted by" simply means a band playing their favourite videos from their favourite artists, most of the time they just say a little sentence about every video they picked!

 

I can't upload the whole thing as it's 50 minutes and way too big, but if you're interested, I can quote what they said on here!? I could do it tonight when I'm at home.. Just tell me if you're interested what they say about Rammstein etc., then I'll quote it here!

 

I could try to upload the interview though - it's 9 minutes, as far as I remember, and gotv basically tells the story of Coldplay and shows all their albums, and Chris and Will talk a bit in the middle, and then Jonny is on his own, saying some things as well.

To answer your question in your first post: It's not really worth it taping as it's basically just the videos and not that much of Coldplay themselves, but at least you see Chris and Will together and that's worth it, isn't it? :P But I'll try to upload the interview part for you if you're interested!?

Hehe. I'm not that interested 'cause I'll watch it - maybe someone who can't watch it :).

 

For me.. the main reason to watch this is to catch another look on the guys and because I'm looking forward to the playlist :). I assume the interview doesn't contain something new we don't know about ;D

I read about this before I went away on holiday. Completely forgot about it, though and only remembered today.

But I anyway think I don't get this channel...:/

 

I was always wondering what ('promo') stuff they did when they came to play here...don't think they made it on "Seitenblicke", did they :lol:
