In this hot hot hot weather, it appears that I have a cold. What a fuckup!

Have some ice-cream, it always helps.

Only for a minute, then when Im finished, it comes back.

 

I'm not complaining, colds and flu never really bother me, its just, why the hell do I have a cold? Its roasting outside.

My sister always gets cold when it's warm. I think that's because of cold shower or cold drinks or whatever we do when it's warm.

yea, it's pretty hot here too and I have a fever... it seems to happen more often in the summer for me, probably because of rolling down the windows and bad sleeping habits

For me it happens when the temperatures change...

I've been a bit cold-y... But nothing like when it's cold.

 

Headaches and whatnot. Nothing serious though. I don't worry bout it. :)

Actually it's possible to get sick any time of the year. It's just more likely in the winter because people are more likely to be in confined indoor spaces keeping warm, making transmission easier.

No big surprise here. I have about a week that I've gotten better. It's just that I go a bit too crazy with the ice-creams, the shakes, the ice, and cold drinks.. :embarassed:

I'm never sick in the summer though--I'm miserable enough with all the hot weather. Especially now with the major southern California heatwave that's been baking Cali for the past few weeks. :laugh3:

Colds are worse in summer. I get them more often in summer as well, because I crank up a fan and have no sheets on in bed.

Colds don't survive the summer here because it's so damn hot that once someone sneezes droplets containing the cold virus it friggin' vaporizes in midair because of the friggin' heat.

I was the same but everyone just keeps saying it's hayfever! But how the frick can I have a big dirty cough from hayfever and be constantly chilly!!?!?!?! Oh well mine has passed now anyway, but it does suck! Especially when the weather is soooo nice :nice:
