Can anyone repost the original sheet music that Gutiarist946 posted?

 

Edit: After fiddling around on the piano, I'm not really sure how the sheet music can be right. I just started playing so forgive me but the first chord sounds like C major with the "g" note to the left of middle C (G,C,E). The second chord sounds like the first chord but with middle C moved down to B (G,B,G). That's all I could figure out. Can someone please enlighten me :D
